- Requests to return or exchange must be made within 3 days of delivery and then shipped back within 10 days of receiving your return authorization.
- All products must only have been tried on and not have been worn or washed. The product must not have any odor such as perfume or cigarette smoke or be stained in any way. All original tags must be attached in the same manner as purchased and returned in the original packaging. The shipping package must protect the product and the original product packaging. Any products that have been altered in any way will not be credited or exchanged.
- Sale items, swimsuits, panties, attachable breast forms, and adhesive supplies are final. There will be no return or exchange except for a manufacturer defect in the product. If these items are returned no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued.
- Lotions, deodorants, balms, salves and other personal health & beauty items must not be opened and the original packaging must be not be damaged.
- Customized medical ID products are non-returnable and can not be exchanged.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and original shipping is not refundable. If the reason for the return is the result of our error, SurvivorRoom will provide free return shipping. After receipt of the returned item, a refund for the cost of the original item less original shipping charges will be issued.
- When packing your return please ensure the return is in the original condition and is in manufacturer packaging, includes any manuals, instructions, warranty cards or accessories. Do write on, place tape on, or damage the original manufacturer packaging.
- Policy on Late Returns: SurvivorRoom will use discretion when accepting late returns. SurvivorRoom reserves the right to accept or refuse any returns received more than 15 days from the original shipping date. Factors such as expiration dates, discontinued items, or out of season merchandise will be taken into consideration. If accepted, a $10 or 20% re-stocking fee (whichever is greater) will be deducted from your refund. No returns or exchanges older than 60 days from the date of shipment will be accepted for either a refund or exchange.
