Sad news came via phone today from someone we are always glad to hear from and who brings the sunshine of South Louisiana to mid-Oklahoma. Brenda Shanley called to let us know her sister, Suzie Jacks had lost her eleven year battle with cancer. Our followers met Suzie as one of the CelebrationRoom posts. She and her beloved monkey, Diva or DD, are featured on our home page. Suzie adopted DD at six weeks and DD was her constant companion for eight years. DD now lives with Jean Hughes and her monkey in Houston, Texas.
We send our love and prayers to Suzie's family and many friends. Her love has circles the globe with her husband Buck as he travelled between Louisiana and Saudi Arabia carrying her spirit with him.
We include her memorial to honor her life and the happiness she always carried with her.
